Who we are.
Franklin Dean, MAI
Owner, A. Franklin Dean, MAI has over twenty years of experience appraising local and surrounding properties. Frank is a general certified real estate appraiser in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University and served as an infantry man in the North Carolina Army National Guard, both enlisted and as a commissioned officer.
Elizabeth A. Giri
Elizabeth A. Giri has been with Village Appraisers, LLC since 2008. She is a graduate of UNC-Pembroke and holds her general certified real estate appraiser license, real estate brokers license, general contractors license, and home inspectors license. She is currently working towards her MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute. Elizabeth also holds her South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee general real estate appraiser licenses.
